According to Dr Rajesh Kumar Verma, Non Carbtarian or Non Carbotarian or Non Carbitarian or Non Carb Loader is a person who derives all his nutritional needs from Proteins and Fats and consumes Carbohydrates in minimum possible amount(few grams per day). Such person is said to be following Noncarbtarianism or Noncarbotarianism or Noncarbitarianism or Noncarbloading respectively.
Such diet was recommended to a group of 40 people and miraculous results were obtained. Carbohydrates were not debarred from the diet completely. Their quantity was meticulously calculated for each person individually and the required amount was given only in the form of non-refined carbohydrates. partly-refined carbs were allowed intermittently, refined-carbs were permitted rarely and ocassionaly, and excessively refined carbs were a strict no-no. Total items of carbs in the list were 71 including mains and derivatives. A scientific model was proposed, tested and objections and suggestions were considered from the core-group of eminent scientists.
