Diet to Fight Corona and other Infections
This is primarily a Vegetarian Diet. It includes mainly Vegetarian items. Only Pure Vegetarians can Skip the two Non-Veg items mentioned.
I recommend you to Follow this diet Strictly as first symptoms of Corona appear or The Infection is detected, provided you do not have any severe pre-existing medical issues. Later on this Diet can be used as a Template with decreased restrictions and with addition of your favourite food-items gradually.
Covid Care Tips
General Precautions:
- Minimize/Avoid every Grain, Grain products and Pulses i.e (Anaaj - Wheat, Rice, Maize, Jowar, Bajra, Ragi, OATS and their Products. )
- Minimize/Avoid every Fruit, Juices and Fruit Products, Coconut Water during Infection.
- Minimize/Avoid Milk. Rather use Dahi/Yoghurt/Curd.
Give stress on Salads like Cucumbers, Red, Yellow & Green Bell Peppers and Tomatoes etc.
Eat Vegetables
IMP - There are TENs and TENs of Vegetables
DO NOT eat Tubers i.e. those Vegetables which grow under the soil. (like aaloo, gajar, chukandar etc). Avoid Them.
Vegetables may be nicely cooked and not over-cooked. You may eat some Vegetables even raw, after washing them properly.
Use Desi Ghee/Butter/ Mustard Oil only. Don't use any Refined Oil.
Use good amount of Garlic and Onion while cooking.
Must have sufficient Paneer in your diet (very deliciously made).
Paneer can be added in sufficient amount in many vegetables. There are many different dishes of Paneer. You can prepare hundreds of dishes in this way. My Pages may help. See links below.
(Non-vegetarians can have Eggs and/or Non-veg Food items.)
May Eat handful of Almonds everyday and one or two Walnuts.
Lemon water, Lemon Soda, Lassi are great drinks.
Avoid Milk-lassi, Packed Drinks, Energy Drinks, Protein Drinks, Canned items.
For sweetening(if necessary), use Stevia.
Do not use White Sugar or Khaand or Jaggery/Gur. (Avoid sugars completely).
Stevia is absolutely safe for making Shikanji or Sweet Lassi or Mishti dahi etc.
During infection I recommend - Be Strict.
Later on one can include small amounts of restricted items. *Small Amounts.*

Notes:
Essential Glucose is sufficiently present in the diet. Only Extreme Excess of Glucose is restricted.
It's neither "Only Protein Diet", nor it is Keto-diet. Only we have to increase Protein intake and cut down unnecessary Processed/Refined Carbohydrates.
Its in simple language and hence the words Energy Pathways, Glycogenesis, Glycogenolysis, Gluconeogenesis, Glycolysis etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. are avoided. EXPERTS PLEASE REFRAIN!
